Our team will carry out strict inspection of quality and packaging before shipping. We will not ship the goods until we ensure that they are in perfect condition.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from kandikaine, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days.

We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.

2.Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original package with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer.
4. Refund includes the payment for the order.

Return & Exchange instruction

1. If you are not satisfied with the product you got from kandikaine, please contact our customer service first. They will offer you return details including return address and return guides.
2. If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please take some images and send them to us. We will resend or refund it.
3. Please note: we can’t accept exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.


Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your returned item(s). On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once we received and inspected the returns, we'll issue the refund back to the account you used to purchase the item(s).

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
